Provides direct management, guidance and workload balance to resources that support Talent Acquisition operations, (i.e., interview scheduling, feedback collection, background checks, onboarding, event planning, etc.) as an effort to ensure appropriate recruitment processes are being executed in a consistent & timely manner within service delivery expectations. Leads in metrics management and reporting, to include overall metric design and the development of complex and/or adhoc reports to enable process and trend analysis. Provides recommendations on the implementation of new/revised operational and/or reporting processes. Partners with TA leadership relative to vendor management for all vendor contracts. Partners with TA leadership, program managers, and executive recruiting relative to college recruiting, and branding & social media initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Functions as a TA point of contact for all inquiries related to TA metrics management, reporting and analytics, administrative support, and assigned projects.
  • Manages, mentors and trains resources responsible for TA operations, primarily nonexempt support personnel.
  • Manages personnel issues and processes (where applicable), including performance management, performance evaluations, development planning, and vendor performance.
  • Manages workload activities for assigned team and redistributes as necessary.
  • Oversees training of newly hired resources who support TA operations for successful onboarding.
  • Supports the internship and college recruiting strategy, including identifying creative approaches to college recruiting support activities.
  • Performs quality audits of processes within area of responsibility to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements process improvements to improve efficiencies and services provided.
  • Improves TA operational efficiency by providing guidance to TA team members, management and associates on TA policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and implements operations strategies to impact costs through continual process improvements and reduction of costs per hire.
  • Creates and compiles all reports in Talent Acquisition, to include statistical reports pertaining to: staffing projects; TA operations & recruiter performance; weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly TA metrics; and vendor effectiveness & performance.
  • Researches methodologies and conducts advanced metric reporting.
  • Analyzes trends to recommend process and/or operational improvements.
  • Understands trends, researches new measures and make recommendations for improvements in overall TA processes and reporting.
  • Partners with TA leadership relative to vendor management for all vendor contracts.
  • Presents results to management, including data-driven business recommendations and alternatives to meet the goals of the department.
  • Evaluates financial impact of implemented initiatives.
  • Manages day-to-day operations of assigned vendors to include performance, adherence to SLAs and overall contract obligations.
  • Oversees event management, branding, & social media activities & initiatives related to the TA process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Required or equivalent work experience defined as 2 years of business information / analytics.
Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in specialized recruitment and/or staffing experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strong analytics, preferably in healthcare.
  • 1 year experience in leading/supervising others.
  • Experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition department preferred.
  • Experience in managed healthcare environment preferred.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
  • Executive recruitment experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in various employment laws, including EEO.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
