Assists in completing activities related to various cross-functional projects in support of goals within the department.

Essential Functions:
  • Manages a variety of moderately complex project activities.
  • Drives initiatives on all phases of project management: project planning, implementation and monitoring.
  • Technical resource for converting complex business issues into viable solutions through documentation and analytical sessions with matrix partners.
  • Maintains all project related materials (e.g. action plans, tracking tools)
  • Represents director and staff in various task forces/committees.
  • Coordinates project activity and facilitate project meetings with staff and matrix partners.
  • Provides advanced technical assistance and guidance to management and associates on operational issues, process changes and activity status
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of various policies and procedures effecting the operations of the department
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Identifies opportunities to improve department results, communications and operating efficiencies
  • Participates in cross-functional departmental planning sessions
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by manager
  • Ability to work under pressure
Candidate Education:
  • Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Required or equivalent work experience (2 additional years of relevant experience)
Candidate Experience:
  • Required 4 years of experience in project administration and oversight
  • Required Other Strong functional knowledge and broad multi-functional knowledge of healthcare delivery
Candidate Skills:
  • Advanced Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Advanced Ability to analyze and interpret financial data in order to coordinate the preparation of financial records
  • Advanced Ability to multi-task
