Manages Organizational & Talent Development programs including the development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational effectiveness solutions. These include change management, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and employee engagement. In addition, this individual will partner with internal HR teams in program delivery and process implementation.

REPORTS TO: Sr. Director, Organizational and Talent Development

Essential Functions:

  • Analyzes data to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of Organizational and Talent Management programs and makes recommendations for enhancements.
  • Leads the talent strategy and structured talent review process including succession planning and high potential development.
  • Leads the corporate engagement strategy, survey administration and utilization of survey data.
  • Consults on organizational changes and facilitates the implementation of appropriate change management initiatives to ensure adherence to company goals.
  • Manages the performance management process. Partners with internal HR teams to make process decisions and identify organizational needs to deliver a performance management program focused on simplification with continued focus on ensuring a high performance organization.
  • Supports the organizational design strategies in partnership with the HR Business Partner.
  • Manages day-to-day vendor partnerships for program development and delivery. Actively manages performance of contract deliverables to ensure maximum vendor performance and value.
  • Leads HR project teams to support initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. Leverages process improvement and change leadership tools to effectively contribute to results and outcomes of project.
  • Works collaboratively with team members utilizing OD and data-based methodologies to identify underlying business issues, root causes and client needs.
  • Coaches and develops direct reports to achieve their potential and accomplish their goals.
  • Provides innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and program solutions.
  • Supports the talent management strategy and provides solutions for increasing the talent pipeline.

Candidate Education:
  • Required, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Preferred, a Master's Degree in a related field.
Candidate Experience:
  • Required, 7 yrs. of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Succession Planning or a related professional field.
  • Required, 3 yrs. of experience in people management.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Preferred, Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
  • Preferred, Leadership certifications.
Candidate Skills:
  • Advanced demonstrated written communication skills.
  • Advanced ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management.
  • Advanced ability to drive multiple projects
  • Advanced ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management.
  • Advanced ability to implement process improvements.

Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate or stronger skill level with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Intermediate or stronger skill level with MS Access, Visio and Project are preferred.

Languages:

  • Bilingual helpful.
