Partners with the business to develop and manage innovative, effective marketing strategies that expand provider partnerships and support the CHS brand. Manages activities that deliver strong value to provider customers, from educational programs and peer-to-peer events to patient engagement campaigns and materials. Develops communications for a variety of stakeholder groups, including regulators, staff and internal clients, in addition to providers and their patients.
Develops marketing strategies and tactical plans to support CHS business goals to attract, activate and retain provider partners. Collaborate with internal clients to determine market-based needs. Develops communications to stakeholder groups.
Oversees and manages marketing programs that promote engagement and activation of providers, including events/meetings and communications across an array of platforms (online, email, video, print).
Collaborates with business units to determine market needs related to beneficiary retention/annual wellness visits and quality reporting.
Supports the CHS brand as a leading management services organization (MSO).
Composes or direct the writing, editing and distribution of a wide range of materials, including newsletters, email blasts, brochures, flyers, corporate publications and other collateral.
Distributes messages, prepares presentations and internal memos and presents drafts and ideas to management as required.
Develops communications to stakeholder groups (internal and external) including updates regarding healthcare policy, and business overall.
Develops and tracks metrics, success and budget for marketing programs. Monitor progress and optimize.
Complies with all guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and guidelines set forth by other regulatory agencies, where applicable, and defined in corporate and department policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required - A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Health Management, Business, or related field
Required 6 years of experience in developing strategy, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel communications campaigns
Preferred - Expertise managing provider-facing (e.g., physician, hospital, etc.) communications, provider relations, and/or direct, on-line, and mass media marketing
Preferred - Experience with a major health plan with Medicare/Medicaid exposure
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data in order to coordinate the preparation of financial records
Ability to analyze information and covert related activities into a comprehensive work plan
Ability to proof large bodies of materials
