Designs "learner-focused" instructional materials including training modules, facilitator guides, attestations and learning resources. Provides oversight of instructional technologies, to include learning programs, training environments and learning management. Oversees the Content Revision Task (CRT) request process and resolves CRTs tied to time-sensitive training events and follows up with requestors as needed. Provides designers with support in the design, and modification of instructional programs including eLearning modules, assessments, agendas and facilitator guides. Coordinates the configuration, testing, and reporting of the IRR testing environment. Completes QA validation for eLearning modules and training content. Identifies aged inventory products and collaborates with the business to validate aged materials and completes updates in WellCare University. Performs reporting tasks and distributes project reports.

Essential Functions:
  • Designs "learner-focused" instructional materials including training modules, facilitator guides, attestations and learning resources.
  • Oversees the CRT request process and resolves CRTs tied to time-sensitive training events. Completes CRT assignments and follows up with requestors, as needed.
  • Uploads learning objects, creates curriculums, develops assessments and publishes learning modules in WellCare University.
  • Identifies aged inventory products and collaborates with the business to validate aged materials and completes updates in WellCare University.
  • Configures and oversees McKesson IRR testing, enrollments and reporting. Coordinates clinical testing with training team and business proctors.
  • Completes quality assurance review of design materials to ensure accuracy of training materials and completes technical review.
  • Configures and maintains department Sharepoint site to support learning resources, curriculum pages and content libraries.
  • Builds Operations Training Call Library in the LMS Knowledge Bank.
  • Resolves issues received from LMS tickets within the eLD ticketing system.
  • Provide LMS support and assists with migration and deployment of new content to LMS.
  • Documents operational processes and procedures to support web based reference library.
  • Maintains and refreshes training environments as needed.
  • Perform reporting tasks and distributes scheduled reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:Candidate Education:
  • Required A Bachelor's Degree in Education, IT or related field
  • Required Other or 2 years of equivalent work experience
Candidate Experience:
  • Required 2 years of experience in a training environment with coordination on system updates/technical changes.
  • Required 2 years of experience in assisting with development on adult learning programs, and accelerated learning in a business environment
  • Required 1 year of experience in SharePoint in managing data and online learning resources.
  • Required Other Experience in using learning management system and quality assurance review and testing of eLearning modules.
  • Preferred Other Experience with government programs, Medicare and Medicaid
