Proactive tele-sales directed to WellCare Health Plan physicians and other healthcare providers to achieve, maintain and exceed sales quotas and goals of Exactus Specialty Pharmacy products (specialty drug) and services. Educate WellCare physicians and all other care providers about Exactus Specialty Pharmacy products and services. Maintain and drive new specialty product (drug) and services revenue to Exactus Specialty Pharmacy.

Essential Functions:
  • Proactively sells Exactus Specialty Pharmacy products and services to targeted WellCare physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Identifies potential Exactus Specialty Pharmacy business customers through prospecting, lead generation and analysis of provided physician and healthcare provider data lists.
  • Establishes and develops business relationships over the phone with target physicians and healthcare providers in order to increase sales within Exactus Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Evaluates and discusses how Exactus Specialty Pharmacy products and services meet the needs of the target physicians, patients and healthcare providers.
  • Produces sales that result in profitable revenue for Exactus Specialty Pharmacy while achieving or exceeding target sales revenue and / or gross profit sales goals.
  • Partner with assigned internal Exactus Specialty Pharmacy staff to jointly prospect and close business as well as maintain existing business.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Exactus Specialty Pharmacy operations and vendor contracts while strictly adhering to all pharmacy and health plan sales and marketing regulations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:Candidate Education:
  • Required A High School or GED
  • Preferred A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Candidate Experience:
  • Required 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Required Other Previous inside sales and/or teleservices experience
Candidate Skills:
  • Intermediate Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Intermediate Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Ability to represent the company with external constituents
  • Intermediate Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from families, members, and providers
Licenses and Certifications:
A license in one of the following is required:
