Reports to Manager, Inside Sales
$40,000 base plus commission
Identify, qualify and process quality leads according to department standards as well as follow up with existing prospects to obtain additional referrals. Builds a preliminary relationship with potential prospect and set appointments for the outside sales force.
- Builds relationships with internal and external customers in order to discuss WellCare products.
- Quality Appointment Production - Ability to meet or exceed target lead generation goals and objectives.
- Supports the Sales Team via general administrative support.
- Process and track Outside Sales Force generated applications for potential clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: H.S Diploma or GED
Experience: 2-5 Years of general business experience, preferably in a sales environment. 2 to 3 years call center experience required .
Licenses/Certifications: Possession of FL health license or the ability to obtain within 90 days
Special Skills (e.g. 2nd language):
Fluent in English and Spanish desirable
Strong communications skills
Ability to persuade
