Provides technical guidance and assistance in analyzing, designing, developing and maintaining HR Systems through implementation. Provides functional knowledge and technical support to the design, implementation and configuration to meet the customer's requirements and system needs. Investigates, Debugs and troubleshoots complex issues utilizing a strong understanding of the business processes and technical aspecs of HR systems. Maintains and assists end-users in User Acceptance Test.
Assists with system conversions and upgrades to include data conversion, data mapping, data analysis, integration of business process best practices, management of temporary consulting resources assisting with implementation initiative.
Provides long-term maintenance, support and management of HR Systems.
Documents and analyzes requirements (e.g. business system, security, conversion, and report), develop detailed data, functional design and document specifications, and assist with conversion, testing, training, and other project needs throughout the development life cycle.
Provides guidance, task direction, and mentoring to other Analysts and assists with problem resolution across projects.
Identifies implicit, unstated, or unrecognized business needs and assist client in determining if buy/build software, process reengineering, or other technology options may (or may not) be the most desirable solution.
Using advanced business unit knowledge, proactively researches requests for assistance and recommend software solutions or process improvements that will meet business needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:Candidate Education:
Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Required 5 years of management experience with HR relational databases
Required Other Strong functional knowledge in Human Resources and either Benefits Administration, Payroll or Compensation.
Preferred 2 years of experience in SQR and SQL
Intermediate Demonstrated organizational skills
Intermediate Ability to drive multiple projects
Intermediate Ability to analyze information and covert related activities into a comprehensive work plan
Intermediate Ability to multi-task
Intermediate Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
Intermediate Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines
Licenses and Certifications: A license in one of the following is required: Technical Skills:
