Serves as initial point of contact for inbound inquiries related to Human Resources. Provides assistance for questions and issues, using a knowledge base of information and established processes and protocols to respond to inquiries. Provides support to other Human Resource Operations activities as needed. This position will be the point of contact and support for acquisitions.
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTS TO: HR Operations Project Manager
Responds to associate inquiries via the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) ticketing system in an efficient manner. Prioritizes issues and escalates more complex issues as appropriate.
Partners with business SMEs to provide accurate responses to associate inquiries.
Reviews and interprets associate data to resolve issues with demonstrated sensitivity and respect at all times.
Creates and maintains detailed record of all interactions in the ticketing system. Provides education and guidance to associates about available tools and resources.
Supports the continuous improvement and development of documenting processes and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, management approvals, data entry and maintenance of acquisition data.
