Partners with HRBP team in support of assigned clients groups to develop and execute human resource strategies, programs, and solutions that align with the organizations strategic priorities.

REPORTS TO: Sr. Director, Human Resources

Essential Functions:

  • Partners with HRBPs to take consultative approach with clients in assessing and providing HR solutions to business priorities.
  • Provides counsel to leaders via effective partnerships on HR processes, procedures, and initiatives. Leverages HR COEs appropriately to meet business needs.
  • Facilitates key talent processes including talent review, succession planning, leadership development and talent assessment.
  • Supports the talent acquisition efforts of assigned business units and participates in the interviewing and selection of leaders. Works closely with Talent Acquisition in support of key hiring initiatives.
  • Partners HRBP and Compensation to drive effective total rewards programs.
  • Delivers training initiatives as required (specifically focused on leadership development).
  • Counsels clients on engagement opportunities, assists with retention strategies and culture initiatives.
  • Delivers training initiatives as required (specifically focused on leadership development).
  • Counsels clients on communication planning, strategy and execution.
  • Assists with special projects in HR and with assigned client groups.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Will travel as needed within the state.

Candidate Education:
  • Required a Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience related to human resources
Candidate Experience:
  • Required 3 years of experience in In a client-facing HR role

  • Intermediate demonstrated written communication skills
  • Intermediate demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information
  • Intermediate demonstrated customer service skills
