Provides support on a variety of finance system projects. Analyzes and documents business requirements and partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to recommend and/or develop user-oriented solutions.
Provides finance system project technical support, maintenance and problem resolution to business partners across the Company.
Performs moderate financial analysis for assigned modules and projects.
Coordinates work with the technical team to build reports and KPI's using financial system and technical software.
Assists project leads and technical partners across the enterprise to convey the requirements and functional understanding needed to develop reports for internal customers.
Identifies and provides resolution recommendations to systemic barriers or issues.
Conducts analytics and data processing activities to provide robust and reliable analytics and decision support data.
Understands and documents processes in relation to design, development (end user tools), testing, implementation and communication of both short and long term solutions.
Ensures that all application related information security policies are followed especially access controls, change management reviews, and information security impact assessments.
Actively participates as a team member on project teams to ensure operational readiness of new system deployments or system enhancement.
Focuses on quality assurance and ensures adequate controls related to financial systems and processes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:Candidate Education:
Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Required or equivalent work experience with more than 2 years of directly related work in finance systems
Required 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
Required Other knowledge and understanding of financial reporting concepts
Preferred 1 year of experience in finance systems
Preferred Other health care of managed care experience
Intermediate Ability to analyze and interpret financial data in order to coordinate the preparation of financial records
