Ideal Candidates can have :-
Conduct analyses of business and user needs documenting requirements for Project work, upgrades or small enhancements as necessary in Oracle EBS R12 environment.
Strong Experience and fluency in writing the BRD – Business requirement documents and FSD – Functional Specification documents by collaborating with Business, QA and Application teams.
The BSA formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems.
Prior work experience as functional Analyst with in Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, FA and iexpense). Should have experience and thorough knowledge of application setups, configurations, data flows and data dictionary of Oracle EBS.
Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is required to be able to write adhoc queries, build simple reports and understand the data flows
Reviews programming requests and work with business users and technical staff to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements.
Develops requirements tractability matrix to be used in software development and QA testing.
Works with business users to document current workflow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives as directed by business needs.
Identifies required information fields and develop data dictionary.
Participates in systems development efforts as needed. Implement responsibilities, menus and setups required for approved solution in development environments and train other team members as needed
Acts as a Subject matter expert (SME) for others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
