Provides onsite management of 3rd party program relationship with various vendor partners for customer service performance management standards, financial responsibility and proactively implements appropriate business solutions as required. Acts as the critical link between our vendor partners and WellCare . As the company’s operations representative, this position manages the facilitation from initial launch of services through day to day interactions. Process and project management are key aspects of this position.

Essential Functions:
  • Offers program support for various LOBs to Site Leadership
  • Works with the Business Intelligence, Training, Corporate Management & Site Leadership to coordinate the best ways to optimize data/ information from site
  • Evaluates, educates, and influences Site Program Sponsors on the quality output of resources
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for CAREConnects, product training and implementations
  • Reviews key performance data to monitor and measure productivity of specific Programs
  • Monitors program compliance and effectiveness
  • Consults with Site Leadership and Stakeholders on persistent issues
  • Lends expertise to internal teams and Results’ Site Leadership
  • Defines requirements and plans project life cycle deployment
  • Collaborate and communicate with other enterprise continuous improvement leaders on best practices, internal and external benchmarking, talent development, programs of study and knowledge sharing
  • Provides status reports to central management on performance, issues and key performance indicators
  • Ensures applicable systems access are in place for associate use

Candidate Education:
  • Preferred A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Required or equivalent work experience
Candidate Experience:
  • Required 4 years of experience in a call center and/or managed healthcare operations environment
  • Required 2 years of experience in Vendor Management experience
  • Required Other Relevant functional project based experience
  • Preferred Other Healthcare and quality management experience
Candidate Skills:
  • Other Proven background in call center operations to manage, implement and optimize services by vendors within customer service environment
  • Other Strong knowledge of call center management best practices, outsourced call center workflow and operations within an outsourced call center environment
  • Ability to represent the company with external constituents
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated written communication skills
Licenses and Certifications:
A license in one of the following is required:
