Supv, Talent Acquisition

Provides supervision, guidance and workload balance to associates and resources that support Talent Acquisition, to include expansion activities, interview scheduling, feedback collection, background checks, onboarding, event planning, etc. Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership and executive recruiting relative to expansion activities, college recruiting and branding/social media initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervises, mentors and trains associates including contractors.
  • Manages personnel issues and processes (where applicable), including performance management, performance evaluations, development planning and vendor performance.
  • Manages workload activities for assigned team and area(s) of responsibility.
  • Oversees training of newly hired resources for successful onboarding.
  • Partners with leadership to determine the effectiveness of implemented recruitment strategies.
  • Performs quality audits of processes within area of responsibility to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Improves operational efficiency by providing guidance to team members, management and associates on policies and procedures.
  • Partners with leadership relative to the implementation of operations strategies to impact costs through continual process improvements and reduction of costs per hire.
  • Provides guidance to Hiring Managers and internal associates on employment policies and procedures.
  • Acts as internal subject matter expert regarding internal applicant tracking system.
  • Participates in department projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Adheres to department processes & procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidate Education:
  • Required An Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience directly related to the primary duties of the job
Candidate Experience:
  • Required 5 years of experience in specialized recruitment, staffing, and/or RPO staffing experience, preferably in healthcare
