Sr Director CommUnity Impact

LOCATION: Henderson Road, Tampa, FL

REPORTING TO: VP, Advocacy & Comm Based Prog

Develops, implements and drives the overall strategy for all CommUnity Innovation initiatives within the Center of CommUnity Impact (formerly Advocacy & CommUnity Based Programs), including workforce innovation and social service contracting. Responsible for developing strategies that champion the program in order to measure and optimize performance, growth and scaled improvement.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides executive oversight for all program activities. Partners with VP on high level strategic initiatives and outputs.
  • Drives design and testing activities to improve the CommUnity Impact model through innovation
  • Identifies, troubleshoots, and innovates the CommUnity Impact model through cross-functional teams
  • Lead workforce innovation-specific and caregiver-specific development efforts across the Enterprise
  • Interfaces with senior leadership on strategic decision making related to CommUnity Innovation (including workforce innovation, including development and training, and caregiver supports)
  • Serves as primary liaison between the Center for CommUnity Impact and Business Development on RFPs, and in market expansion and/or new market pre-RFP development (especially for LTSS/LTC)
  • Leads contract negotiations and vendor management for workforce innovation and caregiver supports/training
  • Serves as primary liaison between the Center for CommUnity Impact and Business Development to effectively integrate the CommUnity Impact model with Health Services (including case management, quality analytics and reporting, discharge planning and so on)
  • Leads a team to research and review market needs and develops a strategic response in collaboration with market leadership
  • Identifies best practices within specific markets and scales these best practices across all markets to improve overall performance of workforce innovation, caregivers supports/training and other community-based LTSS services
  • Oversees development and new market launches related to CommUnity Impact
  • Drives the development and implement long-range plans, goals and objectives for new markets or markets newly adopting LTSS, workforce innovation and/or caregiver supports administered through the CommUnity Impact model
  • Performs special projects, as assigned

    Candidate Education:
    • Required A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Health Administration, or related field
    • Preferred A Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
    Candidate Experience:
    • Required 10 years of experience in Marketing, social services, workforce innovation
    • Required 8 years of experience in Direct leadership and management of a team
