Manager, Treasury

Works with key leaders and assist with cash forecasting, ensuring investment compliance, completing key corporate finance reporting deliverables, improving policy and procedures, and delivering on departmental/corporate goals. This visible position will partner closely with accounting, financial planning, legal, divisional leadership and other corporate departments in ensuring overall corporate finance objectives are met. Additionally, this position will monitor compliance with department goals, ensure compliance with internal controls, policies & procedures in day-to-day conduct.

Essential Functions:
  • Maintains monthly parent cash projection, including updates for FP&A forecasts, intercompany funding, capital contributions and dividends. Ability to interpret results to senior management team.
  • Calculates and maintain compliance reporting and projections including credit facility covenant package and senior notes annual certificate.
  • Review Treasury related GAAP and Statutory reporting schedules.
  • Ensures investment portfolio compliance to corporate investment policy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Performs / updates quarterly treasury schedules and narratives for GAAP filings and board schedules.
  • Assists in building and maintaining bank syndication relationships.
  • Responds to auditor and regulatory requests, work with accounting and legal to address.
  • Interactions with credit rating agencies to provide required updates.
  • Balances workloads among team members optimizing resources and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manages, mentors and develops team for professional growth and development success.
  • Special ad-hoc projects as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
    Candidate Education:
    • Required A Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
    • Preferred A Master's Degree in a related field
    Candidate Experience:
    • Required 6 years of experience in accounting, treasury or finance function; preferably within a large public company
    • Required 3 years of management experience
    • Required Other hands on accounting or financial analysis work
    Candidate Skills:
    • Advanced Ability to analyze and interpret financial data in order to coordinate the preparation of financial records
    • Intermediate Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management
    • Intermediate Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management

    Licenses and Certifications:
    A license in one of the following is required:
    • Preferred Other Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
