Intern I- IT, Enterprise Shared Services - ePMO

eSS (Enterprise Shared Services Department) is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of enterprise-wide, highly complex, and large scale projects throughout the organization. We also focus on the organization’s capital planning process. eSS is a center for transformation.

Essential Functions:

The intern will work with the ePMO team in implementing large scale cross-functional capital plan projects. This role will get exposure to a large number of departments while learning and leveraging both technical and soft skills. This role will also learn the fundamentals of project management (ex: development of agendas, meeting facilitation, project planning, etc.).

  • Develop baseline knowledge of project management

  • Develop a detailed project plan using the PPM software

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of general business concepts

Candidate Education:
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior or Graduate student in a college program with course work or major in Finance / Business Administration / Operations with a minimum 3.0 GPA or Pass ratings.
