IMO Project Analyst, Sr

Provides support for all phases of the acquisition integration. Responsible for key project management activities and deliverables. Conducts complex analysis, documents processes, and creates presentations and materials as needed for the integration. Drives requirements, and gap sessions.

Essential Functions:
  • Supports the Project Manager and the Project Team through all phase of project management from planning through execution.
  • Participates in project meetings with the responsibility of identifying cross-functional issues and risks. Leads problem solving exercises on moderately complex issues and tracks issue to closure.
  • Responsible for a variety of moderately complex project activities and deliverables (e.g. Readiness Review, Project Plan). Manages the planning and delivery of components of the overall project.
  • Plans and facilitates project meetings (e.g. Problem Resolution, Project Status, Workstreams, Governance and Delivery) as assigned. Represents the Project Manager in various meetings.
  • Performs data analysis and converts complex business data into documentation with recommendations. Responsible for follow through on recommendations as assigned.
  • Responsible for all types of project deliverables (e.g. Project Charter, Project Website, RAID, Project Plan) as assigned.
  • Creates project status and distributes to Project Team and Project Sponsors.
  • Manages cross-functional activities necessary to respond to state or federal mandates (e.g. Readiness Review, Filings).
  • Drives elicitation of requirements, process maps, and any other documentation required for the integration
  • Works with IT system analysts on requirements for integration
  • Works with Project Managers to translate requirements into project deliverables
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:

    • Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Required or equivalent work experience
    Candidate Experience:
    • Required 4 years of experience in Project coordination / project management
    • Required 2 years of experience in Analysis
