Human Resources Service Center Coordinator

Assists with providing support in the delivery of human resources activities. Ensures that all administrative duties are carefully coordinated and effectively executed and assists the team with projects as assigned.

Essential Functions:
  • Replies to inquiries from associates and other departments.
  • Assists with new hire processes.
  • Reviews submitted associate change forms for completeness and accuracy. Audits accuracy of data once uploaded into the personnel records and payroll system.
  • Responsible for management & associate support.
  • Performs data entry for manual PAFs e.g. internal transfers, rehires, manual hires.
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of terminations.
  • Provides support as needed on processes within HR Operations. Looks for opportunities to streamline processes. Partners with Supervisor and/or Project Manager to implement.
  • May be responsible for maintaining shared email box(s) and/or sorting and distributing mail for Human Resources Operations team. (Based on assigned client groups)
  • May be responsible for scanning personnel files into electronic filing system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
    Candidate Education:
    • Required A High School or GED
    Candidate Experience:
    • Required 2 years of experience in office administration/coordination and/or data entry, preferably in Human Resource or other related environment
    • Required Other Associates or Bachelors degree may substituted in lieu of the experience
