Human Resources Generalist

Partners with HRBP team in support of assigned clients groups to develop and execute human resource strategies, programs and solutions that align with the organizations strategic priorities.

Essential Functions:
  • Partners with HRBPs to take consultative approach with clients in assessing and providing Human Resource solutions to business priorities.
  • Provides counsel to leaders via effective partnerships on Human Resource processes, procedures and initiatives. Leverages Human Resource COEs appropriately to meet business needs.
  • Facilitates key talent processes including talent review, succession planning, leadership development and talent assessment.
  • Supports the talent acquisition efforts of assigned business units and participates in the interviewing and selection of leaders. Works closely with Talent Acquisition in support of key hiring initiatives.
  • Partners HRBP and Compensation to drive effective total rewards programs.
  • Supports growth initiatives (both request for proposals and merger and acquisition related) through a strong partnership with clients and integration team.
  • Counsels clients on engagement opportunities and assists with retention strategies and culture initiatives.
  • Counsels clients on communication planning, strategy and execution.
  • Assists with special projects where assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
    Candidate Education:
    • Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Required or equivalent work experience directly related to the primary duties and responsibilities of the job
    Candidate Experience:
    • Required 3 years of experience in a client-facing human resources position(s) in compensation, recruiting, learning & development, employee relations, benefits, total rewards etc.
