HR Project Analyst

Manages large scale projects for the HR department. Acts as liaison between HR and HRIS department, ensuring that project plans are established and timelines met by both departments. Drives key HR programs and initiatives for the HR Operations department. Lead resource for the HR integration team to ensure seamless integration of HR systems between WellCare and new entities.

Essential Functions:
  • Enhances processes, and leads and implements various Human Resources projects, programs and initiatives.
  • Acts as liaison between HR and HRIS to manage projects and timelines
  • Identifies, evaluates, analyzes and recommends changes to support process improvements.
  • Acts as the lead resource for all HR integration activities related to HR Operations in conjunction
  • Responds to and complies with any internal/external investigations, audits and assessments. Participates in activity taken towards correct action based on findings.
  • Builds strong relationships with HR leaders, COEs, HR Business Partners and other internal and external partners to understand expectations and to ensure services meet or exceed those expectations.
  • Mentors staff to maximize performance and potential.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
    Candidate Education:
    • Required A High School or GED
    • Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    Candidate Experience:
    • Required 3 years of experience in HR Systems
    • Required 2 years of experience in Project Management
    • Preferred 2 years of experience in Leading HR integration activities for mergers and acquisitions
