Behavioral Health Care Manager - Requires an RN, LCSW, LCMFT, LCMHC or LPC licensure in Florida, and 2 yrs. of clinical/hospital UM experience; up to 75% travel.
Behavioral Health UM Care Manager - Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (if RN) OR equivalent work experience (if RN) beyond 2 years. Requires a Master's Degree in clinical social work, psychology, counseling, rehab etc. (if LSCW). 2 years of experience in a clinical/hospital setting using stated criteria. 1 year of experience in clinical behavioral health experience providing direct patient care services,
Mgr, Behavioral Health - Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, or other relevant field that provides a foundation to receive a license as required of the position. 5 years of experience in behavioral health management and/or acute behavioral health care setting focusing on outpatient/inpatient utilization, case management and discharge planning. 1 years experience leading/supervising others. 3 years of experience in a managed care environment (as a licensed mental health professional). Experience working with the needs of vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex bio-psychosocial needs
Clinical Social Worker - Requires Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), 2 years of relevant social work and/or health Care experience with client care coordination responsibilities (preferably in long-term care), experience in a managed care environment. One of the following licenses is required: LSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD
Field Care Manager - Up to 75% travel; 2 years clinical acute care, post acute care or home health care, 1 year of case management experience; up to 75% travel.
Supv., Care Management - Required Assoc. degree in Nursing Bachelor's degree preferred;
for Florida Managed Long Term Care program, a Master’s degree in human service, social science or health field plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management is required.
OR Bachelor’s degree in human service, social science or health field plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in case management is required; and
require 4 years of experience in an acute clinical care setting and/or MCO related experience, 2 years of current case management experience, and for Florida Managed Long Term Care program, 1 years elderly and disabled population case management experience; up to 50% travel.
Care Coordinator - 3 years of experience in a managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties
Community Health Worker - 2 years of experience in health or social services. High school Diploma or GED required.
Inpatient Care Nurse - Requires RN license. 2 years of experience in Acute medical hospital experience (medical/surgical, emergency room, orthopedic, neurological care experience.
Prior Authorization Nurse - Requires LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), 2 years of experience in nursing environment with LPN.
Care Manager - Requires RN, 2 years of experience in a clinical acute care position(s), preferably in home health, physicians office or public health, 1 year of experience in current case management.
