We have the following job opportunities available in the Pheonix area:

Pharmacy Technician - 1 year of experience in pharmacy operations managed care, hospitals and/or retails environments.
Behavioral Health Care Manager - Requires an RN, LCSW, LCMFT, LCMHC or LPC licensure in Arizona, and 2 yrs. of clinical/hospital UM experience; up to 75% travel.
Clinical Social Worker - Requires Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), 2 years of relevant social work and/or health Care experience with client care coordination responsibilities (preferably in long-term care), experience in a managed care environment. One of the following licenses is required: LSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD
Field Care Manager - RN required, up to 75% travel; 2 years clinical acute care, post acute care or home health care, 1 year of case management experience; up to 75% travel.
Supv., Care Management - Required Assoc. degree in Nursing Bachelor's degree preferred; a Master’s degree in human service, social science or health field plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management is required.
OR Bachelor’s degree in human service, social science or health field plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in case management is required; and
require 4 years of experience in an acute clinical care setting and/or MCO related experience, 2 years of current case management experience; up to 50% travel.
Care Coordinator - 3 years of experience in a managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties
Community Advocate - A Bachelor's Degree in social work, public health, social services, or related field, OR equivalent work experience directly related to performing the duties and level of the position
Community Liaison - 6 months of experience in customer service, call center environment, social services organization.
Behavioral Health UM Care Manager - BSN OR equivalent work experience of 2 years with RN. Master's degree in clinical social work, psychology, counseling, rehab, etc. (If LSCW). 2 years of experience in a clinical/hospital setting using stated criteria. 1 year of experience in clinical behavioral health experience providing direct care services. Knowledgeable of and comply with state and federal statues, rules, and policies that affect the members.
One of the following required: RN, LCSQ, LCMFT, LCMHC, or LPC.
Claims Specialist II- 2 years of experience in previous claims or health insurance (for external candidates) Required. 6 months of experience in institutional and/or professional claims.
Quality Practice Advisor - Required, Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, public health, nursing, psychology, health administration, social work or related field, and 2 years of experience directly related HEDIS medical record review and/or QI with experience in data and chart reviews to provide consultation and education to providers and provider staff.
OR equivalent work experience of 3 years of directly related HEDIS record collection with analytical review/evaluation and/or Quality Improvement.
