ePMO Project Analyst, Sr

Provides support for all phases of the project management lifecycle. Responsible for key project management activities and deliverables.

Essential Functions:
  • Supports the Project Manager and the Project Team through all phase of project management from planning through execution.
  • Participates in project meetings with the responsibility of identifying cross-functional issues and risks. Leads problem solving exercises on moderately complex issues and tracks issue to closure.
  • Responsible for a variety of moderately complex project activities and deliverables (e.g. Readiness Review, Project Plan). Manages the planning and delivery of components of the overall project.
  • Plans and facilitates project meetings (e.g. Problem Resolution, Project Status, Workstreams, Governance and Delivery) as assigned. Represents the Project Manager in various meetings.
  • Performs data analysis and converts complex business data into documentation with recommendations. Responsible for follow through on recommendations as assigned.
  • Responsible for all types of project deliverables (e.g. Project Charter, Project Website, RAID, Project Plan) as assigned.
  • Creates project status and distributes to Project Team and Project Sponsors.
  • Manages cross-functional activities necessary to respond to state or federal mandates (e.g. Readiness Review, Filings).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:

    Candidate Education:

    • Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Required or equivalent work experience

    • Required 4 years of experience in Project coordination / management

    Licenses and Certifications:
